Install Garrio on ShopifyYour profile settings are divided into three sections: personal information, preferences, and profile picture.
Personal information like your name and email cannot be changed directly in Garrio because they're managed by Shopify. If you need to update these fields, contact your store admin and ask them to modify your staff account in the Shopify admin.
Your timezone preference determines when you receive scheduled notifications and how timestamps are displayed throughout Garrio. For example, if you set your timezone to Pacific Time, all notification emails will be sent according to Pacific Time and all dates will be displayed in that timezone.
Upload a square image (200 × 200px recommended) for the best results. Your profile picture will be displayed next to your name in conversation threads, activity logs, and team member lists.
Supported file types are PNG, JPEG, and GIF. The maximum file size is 1MB. If your image is too large, consider using an image compression tool before uploading.
