What Garrio is actually doing here

Garrio scans customer emails, review text, and other feedback sources for product signals. It extracts the issue or request, stores the direct evidence quote, and clusters similar mentions so merchants do not have to read every message one by one.

It also checks for near-duplicate clusters, flags unclustered but trusted feedback, and suggests the next operational action. That is why this page is structured around `Needs Attention`, `Customer Requests`, `What's Working`, and `Potential Duplicates` instead of a raw inbox dump.
