Info3The rich text editor supports formatting, links, and lists. Your message can be as detailed as needed.

Shift+Enter for single line break, Enter for paragraph break.

Be clear and helpful. Other merchants will see and can respond to your post.

Info4The Create Discussion button is disabled until both title and content are filled in. Once published, your post appears in the community forum.

How it works

The community post creation form lets you share with other Garrio merchants. You can choose from six categories to help organize discussions.

Once you create a post, it's immediately visible to all merchants in the community. Other users can view, reply, and upvote your post. You'll receive notifications when someone responds.

All posts are public within the Garrio merchant community. Make sure your content is clear, helpful, and follows community guidelines. Avoid sharing sensitive business information or customer data.

Post categories

General Discussion: For everyday conversations, questions, and updates that don't fit other categories.

Technical Help: Get assistance with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, or integration issues.

Success Stories: Share wins, case studies, or how Garrio helped your business grow.

Best Practices: Tips, strategies, and workflows that work well for your support team.

Feature Requests: Suggest new features or improvements you'd like to see in Garrio.

AI Training Tips: Share how you train your AI assistant, create knowledge base entries, or optimize responses.

Writing tips

Be specific: Include details that help others understand your question or situation. If asking for help, describe what you've already tried.

Use formatting: The rich text editor supports bold, italics, bullet points, and numbered lists. Use them to make your post easier to read.

Stay on topic: Keep your post focused on one main question or idea. If you have multiple topics, create separate posts.

Be respectful: The community is a collaborative space. Keep feedback constructive and discussions professional.
