App Home

After onboarding is complete, the root app route becomes Garrio Home. The preview below keeps the live layout and card behavior, but uses a representative active store state so merchants can see how Garrio looks once real work is flowing in.

What Home is for

Garrio Home replaces the older dashboard. Think of it as your quick status check: what is live, what still needs setup, and what you should open next.

Home is not where you do the work itself. It points you to the right place, usually Queues, Tasks, Knowledge, or Settings.

Welcome to Garrio, Will Deines!

Garrio is live across your current channels. Use this home page to check status and jump into the next job.

SuccessLive

Garrio Home keeps setup progress, channel status, and quick shortcuts in one place. The counts below mirror the same kinds of queue totals you see once email, reviews, escalations, and social are active.

AI assistant

SuccessReady

Your assistant is live across the channels you enabled. Adjust tone, tools, signatures, and storefront behavior in Settings anytime.

Storefront chat widget

SuccessLive

The widget is active on your storefront, using your current greeting, theme, and allowed tools.

Support inbox

SuccessConnected

Your support inbox is synced, so Garrio can label new threads, draft replies, and stage store actions from the queue.

Updates

Highest-priority queue is Email Support

A replacement-order request is already labeled, drafted, and waiting for approval from the thread so you do not need to leave Garrio to finish it.

Operational summary

Support queue

3

Three email conversations are waiting. Garrio already labeled them and staged the next action where possible.

Escalations

2

Two conversations were handed to a person because policy judgment or a sensitive refund decision is needed.

Reviews queue

2

A low-star product review and a detractor callback request are waiting for follow-up.

Social messages

3

Facebook and Instagram messages are open, including one order-change DM that already needs approval.

How to read the Home cards

The top cards tell you whether a feature is ready, optional, or still needs setup. Use them like shortcuts, not just status badges.

The summary row is the quick snapshot of what should be opened next. Garrio surfaces the queues with live work first so you can move straight into the highest-value conversation instead of hunting for it.

The updates section is where Garrio can call out issues that sit outside the queue counts, such as knowledge answers that drifted out of sync or setup problems that need attention.

If a store has not finished onboarding, this route does not show Home yet. It stays on the setup hub until the required launch steps are complete.
