I've installed the Garrio chat widget but it's not showing up on mobile devices. It works fine on desktop. I've tested on both iOS Safari and Android Chrome.

Thanks for reaching out! I've reviewed your store's theme and found the issue. Your theme has a CSS media query that's hiding the widget container on screens under 768px width. I've pushed a fix to your theme that should resolve this immediately.

Thank you so much! I can see it on mobile now. However, the chat button seems a bit small on my phone. Is there a way to make it slightly larger?

Absolutely! I've increased the mobile button size by 20%. Can you check again and let me know if that works better? If you want to fine-tune it later, you can update the widget from Store settings in Garrio.

Shift+Enter for single line break, Enter for paragraph break.
You can also reply to this ticket by email. Garrio syncs that reply back into the conversation thread automatically.
Tip: Tickets stay collaborative until they are closed. Once a ticket is fully closed, email reply is the recovery path if you need to reopen the same issue.
Ready to set this up for your store?
Install Garrio on ShopifyEvery ticket maintains a full conversation history between you and the Garrio support team. All messages are synced bidirectionally with email, so you can reply from wherever is most convenient.
Resolved and Closed are different. Resolved means the issue looks complete, but the conversation can still continue if more context is needed. Closed is the archival state, where the in-app reply form disappears and email becomes the reopen path.
If you need to add screenshots, logs, or other files to help explain your issue, you can attach them directly in your reply or include them in an email response.
The most useful replies include concrete store context: screenshots, steps to reproduce, links to the affected route, and what changed since the last response. That shortens the loop much more than simply replying that the issue is still happening.
