Queues is the working side of Garrio. This is where merchants review AI-labeled conversations, approve staged store actions, and handle the few messages that should stay human.
Garrio reads the incoming queue first, labels the intent, drafts a response, and prepares any store action it can safely tee up for approval. That can include things like creating a replacement order, updating an existing order, canceling a subscription, or routing a sensitive issue to a person.
The previews below use the real queue list components from the app so the layout, badges, filters, and empty states match the live Queues experience instead of a simplified mock.

Email Support is where Garrio labels incoming email, drafts replies, and stages order or subscription actions so you can approve them from one thread.
Garrio keeps the inbox focused by labeling the intent of each thread and surfacing only the email that still needs approval, policy judgment, or a human reply.

The customer confirmed the size swap and Garrio staged a replacement order so you can approve it from the thread without leaving Shopify.
Garrio labeled this as an order change and flagged it for manual review because the customer wants two packages sent to different addresses.

Reviews pulls product reviews and low NPS responses into one place so a merchant can spot churn risk, quality issues, or callback requests before they spread.
Escalations is where Garrio hands off the conversations it should not finish on its own, while still giving the merchant a draft and context to save time.
Social brings Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments into the same daily workflow as email so you do not have to watch a separate inbox for selling or support conversations.

I want to switch the color on my order before it ships. Can you help?
Some queue items are ready to send right away and some are not. If Garrio stages a store action, the merchant still decides whether to approve it. If a teammate already claimed the thread, the queue makes that visible so work does not overlap.
The filters matter too. Pending or Open is the fastest way to work what still needs attention, while All is where you check what Garrio already resolved, what a teammate handled outside Garrio, or what has already been responded to.
