Settings

The live Settings route is now a top-level app surface with Store, Account, and Referrals tabs. The Store tab is the default route, and it is where most merchants enable features, connect channels, and tune how AI behaves in day-to-day support.

    How to use Settings

    Store settings define how Garrio behaves across channels. Use the Store tab for assistant identity, support email behavior, channel connections, widget behavior, and AI capabilities.

    Account settings are personal. They affect your profile and notifications, not the assistant your customers see. Referrals is separate again and exists for merchant growth credits rather than support operations.

    Some settings save differently. Most store settings use the save bar, while a few areas such as tool toggles, rules, and referral flows can save or validate on their own.

    If a report or queue is gated, Settings is usually where the missing prerequisite lives: inbox connection, knowledge install, social connection, or feature enablement.
