How Garrio keeps knowledge accurate

Garrio does not just store answers. It keeps watching for new question patterns, scans your published KB answers against current storefront pages, and compares answers against other entries so contradictions surface quickly instead of lingering quietly.

When Garrio finds a likely mismatch, it does not silently rewrite your content. It flags the entry, shows the exact source evidence, proposes a revised answer, and leaves the final decision to you.

    Answer Library is the answer set Garrio can reuse and publish. Internal entries stay available to your team without necessarily being visible on the storefront.

    Unanswered Questions is the fastest place to see where customers are outrunning your current knowledge. If the same question keeps showing up, it should usually become a real answer.

    Suggestions is where Garrio turns repeat questions into draftable knowledge work. This is how recurring support traffic becomes reusable answers instead of repeated manual replies.

    Flagged for Review is your safeguard against stale help content. It is especially important after policy changes, shipping updates, loyalty launches, or any storefront copy change that can invalidate an old answer.
